Shipping policy

GleeArtStudio ships from the Netherlands.

Processing time
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

Shipping rates
- Netherlands and Europe (EU countries including Cyprus, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): free standard shipping.
- United States (including Puerto Rico): €19 standard shipping; free on orders of €150 or more. US import duties are included.
- Canada and Australia: €15 standard shipping; free on orders of €100 or more.
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times
- Netherlands and Europe: a few business days.
- United States and Canada: about 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

United States: import duties included
Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid with PostNL. We prepay the US import duties to US Customs through PostNL and its customs partner, so there is nothing to pay on delivery: no duties, customs fees or brokerage fees. Every parcel is declared electronically to US Customs, as US rules require.

Other countries outside the EU
Orders shipped to Canada, Australia and other countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking information is emailed to you when available.
