Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and the rest of Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), as well as to the United States, Canada and Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands and our European shipping zone (including Cyprus) is free. Shipping to the United States costs €19 and is free on orders of €150 or more. Shipping to Canada and Australia costs €15 and is free on orders of €100 or more. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Do I pay import duties in the United States?
No. US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid with PostNL: we prepay the US import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Will I pay import duties in other countries outside the EU?
Orders shipped to Canada, Australia and other countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Materials

What are your pieces made of?
Our jewelry is handmade with stones such as turquoise, coral, red agate, red jasper, black onyx and aquamarine, freshwater and baroque pearls, and 925 sterling silver details. All silver parts are 925 sterling silver. The exact materials, sizes and lengths of each piece are listed on its product page.

Is every piece unique?
Yes. Stones and pearls are never identical, so colour, pattern and shape vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of their character.

Care

How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry dry and put it on after perfume, lotions and hairspray. Take it off before swimming, showering or sport. Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to avoid scratches, and polish the silver gently with a soft polishing cloth. Read our full jewelry care guide.

Gift packaging

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Our jewelry arrives gift-wrapped, and many pieces come with a silver polishing cloth. The packaging for each item is described on its product page. Looking for ideas? See our Gifts under €50.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at gleeartstudio@gmail.com. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Studio visits

Can I see the jewelry in person?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our studio in De Pijp, Amsterdam, by appointment. The address is shared on request when you book. Email us at gleeartstudio@gmail.com to arrange a visit.
